திருமதி சீதாதேவி ஜெகதீஸ்வர குருக்கள்
திருமதி சீதாதேவி ஜெகதீஸ்வர குருக்கள் அவர்கள் எமது பாடசாலையில் 2008 ம் ஆண்டில் இருந்து பணியாற்றி வருகிறார். தற்போது வளர்நிலை 6 வகுப்பு மாணவர்களுக்கு தமிழ்ப் பாடத்தை கற்பித்து வருவதுடன், இதற்கு முன்னர் வளர்தமிழ் 1 முதல் 6 வரையிலான வகுப்புகளையும் கற்பித்து, மாணவர்கள் சிறந்த பெறுபேறுகளைப் பெற வழிகாட்டியுள்ளார்.
TEDC நிறுவனத்தினால் வருடாவருடம் நடத்தப்படும் ஆசிரியர் பயிற்சி பட்டறைகளில் தொடர்ந்து பங்கேற்ற அனுபவமுள்ள ஆசிரியராக இவர் திகழ்கிறார்.
பாலர் பருவத்திலிருந்தே தமிழ்த்திறன் போட்டிகள், நிகழ்ச்சிகள் போன்ற பல்வேறு துறைகளிலும் சிறந்து விளங்கிய இவர், கதை, கட்டுரை, நாடகம் போன்ற பல படைப்புகளை எழுதிய பன்முகத் திறமை கொண்டவராக உள்ளார்.
புத்தூர் – யாழ் ஸ்ரீ சோமாஸ்கந்தக் கல்லூரியில் உயர்தரக் கலைப் பிரிவில் தமிழைப் பாடமாகக் கற்று சிறப்பாக சித்தியடைந்த இவர், கோப்பாய் ஆசிரியர் கலாசாலையில் ஆசிரியர் பயிற்சியும் பெற்றுள்ளார். இளம் மாணவர்களின் கற்றல் உத்திகள் மற்றும் அவர்களின் நடத்தையை திறமையாக கையாளும் ஆற்றல் கொண்டவராக உள்ளார்.
2015 ஆம் ஆண்டு லண்டனில் தொடக்கப் பள்ளி மாணவர்களின் கற்றல் மற்றும் நடத்தைக்கு உதவும் ஆதரவு ஆசிரியர் (Primary School Support Teaching Assistant) பாடநெறியை முறையாகப் பயின்று, Hatfield Primary School-இல் உதவி ஆசிரியராக பணியாற்றி வருகிறார்.
தமிழ் மொழி, இலக்கியம் மற்றும் பண்பாட்டின் மீது ஆழ்ந்த பற்றுக் கொண்ட இவர், மாணவர்களிடையே மொழிப்பற்றையும் பண்பாட்டு உணர்வையும் வளர்க்கும் அர்ப்பணிப்பு மிக்க ஆசிரியராக எமது பாடசாலையில் சேவை செய்து வருகிறார்.
Mrs. Seethadevi Jegatheeswar Gurukkal
Mrs. Seethadevi Jegatheeswar Gurukkal has been serving at our school since 2008. At present, she teaches Tamil to Grade 6 students. Previously, she has taught Tamil from Grades 1 to 6 and has guided students to achieve excellent academic results.
She is an experienced teacher who has consistently participated in the annual teacher training workshops conducted by TEDC.
From an early age, she has excelled in Tamil language competitions and cultural events. She is a multi-talented individual who has written various creative works including stories, essays and dramas.
She successfully completed her Advanced Level studies in the Arts stream with Tamil as a main subject at Puttur – Jaffna Sri Somas Kanda College and later received formal teacher training at Kopay Teachers’ Training College. She is skilled in applying effective learning strategies for young students and managing their behaviour efficiently.
In 2015, she completed a certified course in London as a Primary School Support Teaching and Learning in school focusing on supporting students’ learning and behaviour, and has since been working as a Teaching Assistant at Hatfield Primary School.
With a deep passion for the Tamil language, literature and culture, she continues to serve our school as a dedicated teacher who fosters language skills and cultural awareness among students.
