திருமதி வனிதா தர்மபாலன்
இவர் தனது ஆரம்பக்கல்வியை யாழ்/கோண்டாவில் இந்து மகா வித்தியாலயத்திலும் தனது உயர் கல்வியை யாழ்/கொக்குவில் இந்துக் கல்லூரியிலும் பயின்றார்.இவருக்கு சிறுவயதிலிருந்தே தமிழிலும் இசையிலும் மிகுந்த ஆர்வம்.அதனை மற்றவர்களுக்கு சொல்லிக் கொடுப்பதிலும் பாடிக் காட்டுவதிலும் விருப்பம் உடையவராகவும் திகழ்ந்தார்.அதுமட்டுமல்லாது உயர் கல்வியில் தமிழை ஒரு பாடமாக எடுத்து அதில் நல்ல பெறுபேற்றையும் பெற்றார்.அதன் பின்னர் தான்
கற்ற அதே ஆரம்ப பாடசாலையில் தொண்டர் ஆசிரியராக இணைந்து சிறிது காலம் பணி புரிந்தார்.
பல்கலைக்கழகத்திற்கு செல்லும் தகுதி பெற்றும் அக்கால சூழ்நிலை கரணியமாக திருமணமாகி வெளிநாட்டுக்கு வந்தார். யேர்மனியில் வாழ்ந்த காலத்தில் தன் பிள்ளைகளுடன் தானும் தமிழ்ப் பள்ளிக்குச் சென்று அங்குள்ள தமிழ்ச் சிறார்களுக்கு தமிழ் கற்றுக் கொடுத்தார்.யேர்மனியில் உள்ள கனோவர் தமிழாலயத்தில் மூன்று வருடங்கள் தன் கல்விச் சேவையினை செய்தார்.
பின்னர் இலண்டனுக்கு வந்த இவர் ஆங்கில மொழியினைக் கற்று அதன் பின்னர் child care level-1 level-2 (cashe-CYPW) ஆகியவற்றை கற்று சிறிது காலம் தனியார் ஆங்கில சிறுவர் பாடசாலையில் உதவி பயிற்சியாளராக பணியாற்றினார்.
கொரோனா காலத்தில் இணைய வழியூடாக Book keeping-level-1,2 ஆகியவற்றையும் கற்று சித்தி பெற்றார்.
2013ஆம் ஆண்டு சறே தமிழ் பாடசாலையில்
தன் பிள்ளைகளை இணைத்துக் கொண்ட இவர் 2014 ஆம் ஆண்டு தானும் ஓரு தமிழ் ஆசிரியராக இணைந்து இங்குள்ள தமிழ்ப் பிள்ளைகளுக்கு தமிழ் கற்பித்து வருகிறார்.
மேலும் நேரடியாகவும் இணைய வழியிலும் நடைபெறும் ஆசிரியருக்ககான பயிற்சிப் பட்டறைகளில் கலந்து கொண்டும் பாடசாலையில் நடக்கும் அனைத்து நிகழ்வுகளில் பங்கேற்றும் தன்னை மேலும் வளர்த்து வருகிறார்.சிறுவர் நிலை வளர்தமிழ்-1,2 ஆகிய வகுப்புகளுக்கு ஆசிரியராக பணியாற்றிய இவர் தற்போது வளர்தமிழ்-3 இல் சில ஆண்டுகள் ஆசிரியராக தனது பணியினைச் செய்து வருகிறார்.
இவர் தனக்குத் தெரிந்த தமிழை இங்குள்ள தமிழ்ச் சிறார்களுக்கு கற்றுக் கொடுப்பதை தான் தமிழுக்கு செய்யும் ஒரு சிறு தொண்டாக நினைத்து பெருமை கொள்கிறார்.

Throughout her Primary School years she studied at Jaffna Kondavil H- MV. She continued her higher studies at Jaffna/Kokuvil Hindu college. From a young age she had a true passion for Tamil and Music but she found that teaching and singing to others brought more joy.
In A Level , she chose Tamil as one of her subject and achieved good results.
It brought her great happiness when she had the honour to volunteer as a teacher at the Primary she studied at.
She received the marks to study further at University and become specialised in a sector she wanted. However due to circumstances at the time she had to move abroad.
When residing in Germany her children began studying Tamil. She was able to teach the students who attended Tamil school. She served as Tamil School Teacher for 3 years at Hannover Tamil School in Germany.
She moved to London, England was able to further her studies by undertaking Childcare Level 1 and Level 2 Cashe Children & Young People Workforce. She used these qualities to be a voluntary practitioner at a private nursery.
During COVID she used her time wisely to gain qualifications in Book Keeping Level 1 & 2.
2013 her children attended Surrey Tamil School and in 2014 an opportunity was given to teach Tamil to students who attended Surrey Tamil School. She was able to take part in face to face seminars , take part in online teacher training and always take in – house school performances to be able to develop her knowledge and confidence.
She has taught reception , Valarthamil 1 & 2. She has grounded her self being a teacher for Valarthamil 3 for several years.
She takes great pride in being able to teach Tamil to the students and is content knowing that she is able to give back to the Tamil community.
